You Me At Six Release The 'Pray For Me' Alexis Troy Remix

Following on from the release of their sixth album titled “VI” last year, You Me At Six have just released a remix of “Pray For Me” by Alexis Troy.

Alexis is a German born music producer and composer who works mainly in the genre of hip hop and rap.

The song starts with what sounds like crashing waves and eases you into the first verse.

It’s still the same track as before, with lead singer Josh Franceschi’s dulcet voice but now it features an accompanying beat that reminds us of the summer.

When the chorus drops you can’t help but tap your foot to the contagious beat that Alexis Troy has given it.

The remix has summer vibes written all over it.

The original song had a fairly slow tempo with lyrics that held a lot of weight. Alexis has managed to uplift the track whilst still maintaining the power it already had.

It’s still the familiar style that You Me At Six produce but with an added extra dose of magic.
