On Sunday’s Live Show, the five remaining semi-finalists performed songs they felt would gain them a place in the coveted Final, set to take place next weekend. Lloyd Macey performed a stripped back version of the iconic Coldplay classic ‘Fix You.’

The Cutkelvins were the second act to leave Sunday night’s Semi Final, following their performance of the uptempo ‘Show Me Love,’ which was the track they performed at Boot Camp. No doubt the performance was nostalgic for the talented trio, allowing them to reflect on their time in the competition.

Both contestants took the time to thank all those who had been involved behind-the-scenes, also thanking the people who had voted week after week. The Cutkelvins described their time on the show as ‘a blessed situation.’

With Matt Linnen, Lloyd Macey and The Cutkelvins all eliminated from the competition, it now means that Rak-Su, Grace Davies and Kevin Davy White are this year’s finalists.

Rak-Su and Grace Davies both performed their own original tracks, while Kevin Davy White performed ‘Voodoo Child’ by Jimi Hendrix.

Ed Sheeran also performed his latest single ‘Perfect’ on the show, and his peformance was breathtaking.
