Alaya F is striking a (yoga!) pose in her swimsuit. The Indian actress flaunted her fabulous figure and flexibility via one of her latest social media posts while vacationing in the Maldives. "As you can see, I have very little regard for my personal safety🤣 totally worth it for magic moments like these," she captioned the Instagram image. How does she stay so fit? Alaya, a vegetarian, maintains a healthy diet. "I live a healthy lifestyle in general. I eat quite healthy, workout and keep active and fit. Even mentally you know, I try and keep myself healthy as much as I can," she told Bollywood Bubble.

Alaya is a creature of habit when it comes to food. "I have a set menu for the week and it rotates every week. Every day it's different. From Monday to Sunday, I make sure it's different so that I am not sick of it and then it repeats in the coming week. So, my breakfast can be anything like raagi dosa or rawa idli or muesli or oats. Everyday, it's something different. My lunch had normal bhaji, rajma with brown rice," she told Bollywood Bubble.

Alaya maintains that health boils down to "just a good constant state of balance and right intentions in a lot of ways," she explained to Bollywood Bubble. "Being fit, it doesn't mean you can't have a cheat meal or your favorite food. I think it's just all about balance and the right intention with which you are doing. I feel if you are on a diet with all the bad intentions, like dieting only for the sake of losing weight, then you will go into a very negative zone of your body and health. That's not productive for anyone and you won't end up being fit at all. So, that's my definition of fitness. I have times when I am working out all the time and I have times when I am mentally not in a place when I want to work out. I just want to sit and do nothing. That's also ok. It's a balance of both and not lifetime of only this or that. That's my definition of fitness because it allows room to grow and learn more."

Alaya does lots of different workouts. "I work out at the gym, play tennis, dance, and do yoga. I used to do MMA, gymnastics and even Pilates. I have tried everything," she told Hindustan Times. Her favorite? Yoga. "What I love about yoga is that it is quite a mindful, peaceful thing. It's such a wonderful workout. I like to do it without a fan or AC. At the end of my yoga, I am just a pile of sweat. It is such a good feeling in the morning when you wake up and get into this wholesome form of exercise. It energizes you so much, I love that about it. That's why I love it."

In an Instagram Q&A, Alaya emphasized the importance of self-love. "Be kind to yourself and treat yourself well. No matter how many best friends you have or don't have, be your own best friend first because you have you for the rest of your life. Just know that everything does work out in the end. You'll be okay," she told her followers.
